40th Craft League Art Fair!

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to all artists 18 years and older.

• All work must be original. No commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, or commercially prefabricated forms.

• Reproductions (offset, giclee, iris, etc.) must not be more than 25% of work for sale. Each item must be clearly labeled as a reproduction.

• Each artist must submit an application with digital images and be accepted individually by the selection committee. Applications without images will be denied.

• Artists must exhibit ONLY in the category for which they are accepted.

EXHIBIT SPACE

• Exhibitors will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ display space. Artists must supply their own booth display that includes table, chairs, and lighting.

• The booth fee for members is $150 and for non-members $195.

• The building will be locked and secured overnight.

• All sales go directly to the artist.

• Neither the Craft League of Champaign-Urbana nor its officers or agents are responsible for accidental loss or damage of any kind.

• Payment of the entry fee signifies the artist’s acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Failure to send jury fee will result in rejection. Send $25 jury fee checks to:

• Artists will be chosen by the selection committee from high-resolution digital images. Images should be professional quality and represent the actual work to be exhibited (25 MB maximum).

• Four digital images of artwork (3) and booth (1) in JPG, TIFF or PDF.

• File names should include the artist name and the artwork title. ONLY DIGITAL IMAGES ARE ACCEPTED FOR JURY REVIEW.

• Images will be retained and may be reproduced for publicity purposes.

August 1, 2023 Notification of acceptance by email

September 1, 2023 Booth fee deadline. Members $150, Non-Members $195 (non-refundable).

October 1, 2023 Last day to cancel
