MEMBER PROFILE INFO

Please fill out the form below by July 1. The information you provide will be used to create your member profile page, which will be available to the public. Information will not be checked for spelling or accuracy, so please take care.

For the first year (2025) member profiles will be updated by August 15. Members will be notified and asked to check for errors. Errors will be fixed within 2 weeks of notification.

The member profile pages will be updated annually when dues are paid. One other request for changes is provided free of charge to members on an annual basis. After these two instances, a $10 fee will be charged for any changes.
