Each piece in the 2026 CL Collab must have a gallery form completed. Please communicate with your collaborating artists to ensure a form is filled out for each submitted piece.

• Forms are due April 3. Any piece submitted without a form will have a generic gallery tag provided that reads  “Untitled” and the collab artists names.

• Gallery tags will be generated directly from submitted information. Please double-check all spelling and grammar and other details for correctness.
