Topic: Madeleine will present a how-to guide for increasing a customer base and customer engagement. She will also discuss how to target customers and the avenues (excluding social media) available for targeting customers. All this with an emphasis on strategies that aren’t overwhelming or time intensive.

At the CPL, Madeleine works one-on-one with small business owners and entrepreneurs who want to reach their full potential. She aims to foster collaborative and inclusive learning opportunities and increase awareness of resources in Champaign-Urbana for underserved community members wanting to start or grow their business. Also, she owns a jewelry business, owned an LLC, and has worked with local business owners to create community events (including art markets) that increased revenue and visibility.
